Hello to all,

I am trying to prepare a paper on the Ferghana Valley and need some help
finding data.

Could you please try to point me to web sites, libraries (both here in the
valley and in the world), contacts and other possible media I can use.

Also, has anybody ever heard of the Institute for Regional Studies. How can
I contact them?
