Subject: Assembly of Peoples

I have heard of an organization called something like the Assembly of
Peoples of the Ferghana Valley, and when I was in Khujand a year ago I met a
woman who said she was participating in it or organizing. Now, however, I
can't find her card or track down the organization. Does anyone know about
it or have contact information?
