I was wondering if anybody could update me on the following:
in a newsletter I read about Uzbekistan replacing the border demarcation
in the disadvantage of Kyrgyzstan, and Kyrgyz government protesting
about it. Has this incident been explained by the Uzbek side? Has there
been any international public comment on this issue? Has it stopped or
is it continuing?
