The Special American Business Internship Training Program (SABIT) at
the U.S. Department of Commerce is managing specialized and grant
programs to train managers and scientists from Russia and other New
Independent States of the former Soviet Union. SABIT has an immediate
opening for the position of Marketing Consultant to market the SABIT
program to the U.S. business community. Incumbent will gather and
document SABIT success stories. Public speaking skills a must.
Experience drafting promotional materials a plus. Knowledge of
Russian, and familiarity with the politics, history and economics of
the NIS preferred. This is a contract position based in Washington,
DC, that starts immediately and will run for one year.
