To Whom It May Concern,

I'm writing on behalf of the Center for Humanitarian Aid (CHA), a
Moscow-based and registered, non-profit, non-governmental, secular
charity. Our charity is founded and managed by a group of non-paid
volunteers from Russia, the UK and the US. We operate a daily soup
kitchen, distribute free clothing and medicine for the Moscow's
needy. At present, we're looking to fund the launch of our new
service-a day Center for street children (a school).

I would like to know if supporting such a project in Russia can be
within the sphere of interests of your organization, if you would
like to know more about this project and possibly contribute to its
financing.

Please let me know if you would like me to send you a detailed
description of the project, information on our organization and the
budget proposal.

Sincerely,

Julia Ponomarenko
Member of CHA's Founders' and Management Board
Fundraiser
