Program Administrator

The Economics Education and Research Consortium's Moscow office seeks
a Program Administrator to manage daily office operations and oversee
a support staff of seven. Duties will include human resources and
financial management, procurement, budget development, and oversight
of event coordination, accounting procedures, and grants
administration. The Program Administrator will report to the Program
Director. Requirements: a college degree (MA in economics, business
administration, or related field highly desirable); significant work
experience in the CIS; native proficiency in English and fluent
Russian. Experience with MS Office and accounting software is
desirable. EERC-Moscow promotes high-level economics research through
grants and supplementary research workshops, conferences, and
methodological training for individual CIS economists. See
