Dear friends!

My name is Valentina Marchenko. I have a private business. I live in
Ukraine. I have a higher education. I have finished University in
Rostov. I need some help to organize my business and I hope I have a

My program.

My like-minded colleagues and I want to open "the centre of social
adaptation and business education" in our city. Donetsk is an
industrial and business city. This is city of coal-miners,
intellectual people and students. The inhabitan in Donetsk is more

unemployed intellectual people and jobless workers. There are many
unemployed young people because the higher education is not now free
of charge and it became inaccessible. Today all of them are need of
social-rehabilitation help. There are many talented people , that
couldn't find themself in this life and business. With the help of
psychologists, lawyers, with the help of advice and consultation we
want to help all of these people, who want to open their own
business.

Our tasks are:

1. Social-adaptation help to such people as unemployed (jobless
miness, jobless military service men and so on).

2. Our special attention is to the young people (This is the future
of the new democratic Ukraine):
a) the help in organization private business (the help of
psychologists, lawyers, financial help);
b) the supporting of the youth initiatives;
c) the help to get education, supporting of the talented
young people;
d) the help to the young people in creation and preservation
of family (the help ration of marriage contracts).

3. The juridical help to the people to open and registrate
of business, to give the credits, the advance-money and loans.
4. Training-seminars, courses, lections on improvement of
professional skill in different commercial structure (the training
of the culture of the treatment the people, the training of
oratorical art and so on).
5. To have our own newspaper and magazine.
6. To have a confidential telephone (to worke with
teen-agers and so on).
7. Charity.

We need the financial assistance to rent the apartment and its
equipment (purchase of computers and other organization technical
equipment). And to pay the salary to the centre's workers during the
first period in our making.

We believe will have every prospect of success and we also hope you
will support our serious and good cause.

With great respect,

Valentina Marchenko
