Hello,
At present EMonument is seeking to establish contact with NGO(s) and
communities in Eastern Europe and Central Asia. The roles of the
NGO(s)/communities in must be ones that are interested in working with
EMonument, the local established governing parties, communities concerning
and participating in the STEP project. Target groups are organizations that
would benefit, would remain in contact with us into the future, and are
loyal to the program. As you are aware a project such as this needs
monitoring, training, surveying, upgrading for proper task and goal
implementations and in most likelihood will last for 7-10 years or more
depending on results and financing.

We are using STEP as a platform to monitor the proper disposal of obsolete
chemicals, constructing a geographical information system (GIS),
establishing and monitoring poison free pest management programs, citizen
enforcement, education, and installing HACCP throughout Eastern Europe and
Central Asia which will assist us and the targeted countries by establishing
STEP and maintaining the project for years to come.
The basics include Creating A Pollution Prevention Management Program,
establishing a HACCP System, implementing Quality Assurance which is a
system of management activities to ensure that a process, item, or service
is of the type and quality needed by the user, providing and installing the
Stewardship Program (STEP) which will then establish a networking system
that will assist in monitoring aspects pertaining to environmental
developments, Proper Chemical Disposal Fact Sheets, Citizen Enforcement,
and Environmental Education which aims to assist in educating the general
public regarding their environmental surroundings and the impact they make
upon it.
