Dear JRL and Civilsoc Subscribers,
In your feedback that I have received about my case, I have received
information from one reader about her similar difficulties with regional
authorities in Russia and with the US-Russia technical assistance treaty.
I would like to know if others of you or people you know have had similar
experiences. I would be interested in knowing what occurred on both the
Russian and US sides. If you do know about or have experienced a similar
situation, please let me know. I think that such information sharing would
be beneficial to all of us and allow us to get a bigger picture of the
environment in which many of us work.
