CivilSoc list member Tadd Eakin has brought a Website to our
attention which will probably interest other members. It is Russia
Donors' Forum at http://www.donorsforum.ru/

The forum is an informal coalition of representatives of private and
public grant-makers working in Russia. It includes representatives of
more than twenty-five private foundations, bilateral donors,
international organizations, governmental assistance agencies, and
"re-granting technical assistance implementers." The forum meets
quarterly, and is hosted on a rotating basis by member organizations.

The website appears to be still in the early phases of construction.
