Senior level candidate needed for CHF's Office of Program Initiatives (OPI).
The position carries leadership responsibility for management of the
department staff, for development of new programmatic areas, and for
identifying and soliciting funding from corporate, governmental, and
non-profit donors. Candidates must have international development
experience, strong working knowledge of USAID regulations, and extensive
grant/proposal writing experience in a non-profit setting. Position requires
a Master's degree plus 12 years of experience in an international
environment. Candidate must also possess 4 years or more of management
experience and must be willing to travel. Second language (Spanish, French,
Russian, or Arabic) is a must, in addition to fluency in English. Must be
well organized, deadline sensitive, and have the ability to work well under
pressure. All candidates for this position must submit a writing sample of
