     Program Associate
     
     The Institute for International Education (IIE), an international,
     non-profit organization, seeks a Program Associate for a USAID
     environmental grants program for CEE/NIS. The position is based in
     Washington, DC. A college degree or comparable experience with at
     least one year work experience in environmental field is required.
     Applicant must be a team player and have excellent communication and
     computer skills. CEE/NIS experience and Russian language a plus.
