Dear Colleagues,

I am writing on behalf of my organization, the Centre for Critical
Projects, located in Vilnius, Lithuania. We are a newly established
initiative, uniting young scholars and aiming at developing a
systematic critique of political and social institutions and their
practices, intervening in the human rights process, with particular
attention on women's and minorities' rights issues.

Currently we are developing a project, titled "A creation of
cooperation network among young researchers, executives, and
NGO-leaders for monitoring human rights process in Lithuania" and we
are looking for partners. We'd love to receive a response from
similar organizations all around Europe or U.S.
