Dear Colleagues,

My name is Daniel Kislov and I represent the Ferghana Society in Russian
Internet http://www.ferghana.ru. Our Internet Project has been existing
since more than a year when it was upholded by the Soros Fund Moscow Branch
and actually is turning more and more popular within the World Internet
Community. Now our web-site pages are attracting more than 450 unique
visitors a day and the number of our information users is growing steadily.

We plan to create an informational multiportal dedicated to the CIS Central
Asian States geopolitics, their social and cultural life. We would like to
set up our own correspondents network in the region's cities aimed at
providing the World Community with a unique independent Internet resource
reflecting all the facets of the local life. Our limited personal means and
the lack of professional staff do not let us implement our intentions and
develop the site to the full extent.

We appeal for a financial support. A glance to a plan and description of our
Project in Russian and English would certainly provide much more details.
Please do not hesitate to request it and we shall promptly forward it to
you.

We thank you in advance for the eventual support and hope very much to have
a reply.

Very truly,

Daniel Kislov,
President of the Ferghana Society in Internet,
Author and Developer of http://www.ferghana.ru
