Dear Mr. Bell,
I can propose to your attention the book "Prison reform: Attempts and
Achievements" (in electronic or/and hard copy), devoted to prison
reform in post-totalitarian countries in Central and Eastern Europe
and former USSSR. Also, our NGO, Kharkiv Human Rights Protecting
Group, prepares and publishes three times per month a bulletin "Human
Rights," with monthly review in English. This bulletin includes many
materials concerning criminal justice.
Sincerely,
Yevgeniy Zakharov,
Co-chairman
Kharkiv Human Rights Protecting Group
