Dear Collegaues,

This is Studio of Computer Design "GARDARIKA", St. Petersburg,
Russia. We are glad to announce that in the end of September 2000
there will be an international workshop held "New forms of
Inter-organizational Relations for Advanced Developing of Non-Profit
Sector in Newly Independent States". This event will be devoted to
discussion of ways to enhance the role of civilian acts, NGOs in
political and economic development of a region by virtue of using
modern technologies (Internet solutions). The outcome of the workshop
will be a working model of equal and comprehensive civilian
participation through Internet technologies. There will be ICT
specialists, NGOs and government representatives, political and
economic consultants, experts, scholars and those who seek to push
the overall democratic changes further.

We gladly invite all interested parties who could contribute in this event
to take part in this workshop.
