Subject: [CivilSoc] Anti-corruption resources wanted
From: Center for Civil Society International (ccsi@u.washington.edu)
Date: Tue Jun 06 2000 - 18:03:32 EDT
CCSI recently received a message from Eduard Muscaterov seeking
assistance. We hope that some CivilSoc members will be able to help
him.
Mr. Muscaterov works with Pro-Business Nord, an NGO in Beltsy,
Moldova. Pro-Business Nord currently has a "Hot Line" program which
provides free telephone consulting to entrepreneurs and
businesses. One of the major complaints from their clients has been
corruption by low-level State employees.
Mr. Muscaterov is looking for all sorts of information and resources
about anti-corruption projects from other countries. He is also
interested in learning about any projects which address the "narrow
coverage of ethical problems in the mass media."
Please send your ideas and resources to:

projects and resources, so please share your ideas with us
