Some CivilSoc list members will be interested to know that the
government of Uzbekistan has started an "Uzbekistan Web Community" on
the MSN Communities server. All list members should at some point
explore the online "community" concept, as it is a very creative way
of organizing communication between people worldwide joined by a
common interest. And it's free!
While the Uzbekistan Web Community announced below was initiated by
the government of Uzbekistan, nothing prevents unofficial voices from
adding their point of view to the community.
