PROGRAM ASSISTANT: FORMER SOVIET UNION

Washington-based advocacy organization seeks highly motivated recent
graduate for full-time position. Responsibilities include assisting
director of governmental relations, monitoring legislation,
researching and reporting on regional developments, producing
publications, maintaining Web site, attending hearings and briefings,
organizing and staffing events, and general administrative duties.

Qualifications include: College degree, interest/background in
foreign affairs and Capitol Hill, Russian language (not required),
good writing and people skills, experience working in office
environment, computer literacy, adaptability and time management.
