Dear Friends,
I am writing this message to inform you that Khazar University Press
(Baku, Azerbaijan) has successfully undertaken the project of
publishing the "Journal of Azerbaijani Studies".
This research periodical is published quarterly. The first Volume -
1998 (four numbers) has already been issued. The intellectual
endeavors and research articles published here are mainly in English.
However, high quality articles in other languages are acceptable. The
Editorial Board of the Journal consists of many well-known scholars.
The "Journal of Azerbaijani Studies" focuses not only on Azerbaijan
and the Caucasus, but also on the close regions such as Central Asia,
Near and Middle East, and the CIS.
