Dear Madams and Sirs,
I would like to inform you that the Civic Action in Eurasia web page has
been added to the Links database of http://www.ballad.org. The Baltic
Institute in Sweden opened the Internet site www.ballad.org, an
independent forum for networking in the Baltic Sea region, about one and a
half year ago. It's a site on non-governmental level and NGO Centres in
the countries around the Baltic Sea which are its partners want to spread
knowledge about this unique tool. Actors, partners, projects, news from
the region, events calendar, links--Ballad gathers all this for those who
are interested in co-operation and information about the region. One
point with this homepage is that everybody with an interest concerning the
Baltic Sea region is welcome to join Ballad. The databases are OPEN to
its users--just fill in the forms and take care of your own information
with your own password.
