Dear Friends,
I am writing from the EastWest Institute in Prague, in the hope that you
can help me with the following. I will be visiting the Chuvash Republic for
2 weeks in July to research a project that our organization wants to
initiate there. I am looking for contacts to NGOs, local government
representatives and local business people in Chuvashia. ( I will be staying
in Cheboksary but will also travel to other parts of the Republic.) My aim
is to meet these people and discuss with them the kind of work we could do
there (probably in the field of regional / economic development).
