Subject: searching for information
I'm a graduate student at Carleton University in Ottawa, Canada and am
planning to go to Russia to do research on the relationship between NGOs,
the state, and international development assistance.
I would appreciate receiving any suggestions/information/sources/contacts
related to the topic but am specifically looking for the names of NGOs
located in either St. Petersburg or Moscow that are devoted to
democratic/market development and are, at least partially, funded through
international development assistance (bilateral or multilateral).
Thanks very much for your help. Although I won't be leaving until next
September, I'm presently trying to prepare a research proposal so any
information would be much appreciated.
