Subject: Re: UN Conference on Refugees, etc.
Does anyone know about a planned UN Conference on refugee issues and
human rights in the former Soviet Union to be held sometime in 1996? Is
it possibly the same as a conference being sponsored by the UNHCR, the
Soros Foundation and the OSCE on Refugees, Returnees, etc. I like
information about either or both of these conferences (if they are not
