Dear Friends,
There is an organization here of psychologists who would
like to open counseling center of the type we commonly
have in the US, but which don't exist in the Irkutsk
region of Russia at all. This would be for people who
are not mentally ill, but are in troubled situations:
maybe a family member is an alcoholic, or there is
an abuse situation, etc.
At any rate, if there are people who can advise this
