HI all,
A friend of mine, Judge Richard Silver, who teaches business management to
judges in California, has been asked to join a group going to Russia to help
set up courses for judges and lawyers there. He will be working with the
Commercial Court, and would like to find out as much as possible about this
entity prior to the trip. Any references or other advice would be much
