Subject: Microenterprise and incubator programs in Russia

The Center for Citizen Intiatives' RISE (Russian Initiative for
Self-Employment) program extends business and empowerment training and
microcredit to Russian women who are starting or developing small
businesses. The program recently received a $1.5 million grant from USAID
which will allow it to offer equipment leasing and loans of up to $10,000
to microbusinesses, and to provide affordable office space and services to
promising start-up businesses.

We'd like to learn about other peoples' experience in
these areas, particularly microenterprise and incubator
programs. ANY leads would be very useful and very much appreciated.
