NAFSA's Russian & Eurasian Awards Program (REAP), entering
its third year, has supported over 400 students from the NIS
to study in the United States. REAP provides supplementary
grants to US institutions for graduate students and upper
division undergraduates from the former Soviet Union. A
     complete program announcement follows.

Please note that, when speaking to students about REAP, we
ask that you remind them that only US institutions are
eligible to apply; students do not apply directly.
Students should contact the US institution they plan to
attend and ask them to contact NAFSA. We will not undertake
direct correspondence with students, as the deadline (April
     10, 1995) is fast approaching.

Thank you for your assistance in disseminating this
announcement. If you have any questions, please feel free
     to contact me.
