In response to the question about information on Russian law,
particularly on defense conversion, etc., the most massive
easily accessible source of materials on Russian law and related
political and economic issues is the LEXIS/NEXIS databank.
All law schools in the United States and most major University libraries
have access. It is free to those connected to law schools, rather
expensive for others.
