Subject: Siberia networking

Some of you may be interested in contacting Bryce Rich, former IREX
E-mail Fellow in Novosibirsk.

Next week, Bryce will be heading back to Siberia, to open up a new IREX
office in Irkutsk, and working full-time for us. One of his (many)
responsibilities will be to track networking developments in the region,
and provide technical assistance and trainers' training on networking to
NGOs and humanities- and social science-oriented academic institutions.

He can be reached through this account (tbyrne@info.irex.org) until Jan
27th, and thereafter, you can try him at 27th, and thereafter, you can try him at bryce@glas.apc.org.

I say "try" because it's unclear how well that Glasnet account will work
from Irkutsk, but I'll let interested parties know his new e-mail address
once he gets settled in.
