Dear Colleagues:
I am trying to learn more about the following two items and would appreciate
any input that you may be willing to provide:
* US\Western book translating, publishing and distribution projects in
Russia. Aspects, successes, and difficulties of such projects that you may
be aware of.
* Russian NGOs in western Siberia (e.g., Novosibirsk, Tomsk, Kemerovo) --
specific NGOs that you are aware of & how to contact them. Also, how strong
is the NGO community in this region? No specific discipline in re: to NGOs
-- just the NGO community in general.
