My name is Alex W. Drehsler. I am the management training
and technical assistance coordinator of a USAID-funded
project in Russia. Currently, I would like to put together
a list of environmental and social service NGOs from the
following regions -- Tuva, Yakutia, Tambov, Stavropol, Mary
El, and Altai-- to see about the possibilities of
collaboration with our organization development project. If
