Bachelor degree in History and Slavonic Studies (Russian Language)
from the University of Victoria

Studied at the University of St Petersburg
Proficiency Diploma in Russian and Russian History
1993/94
Computer skills include e-mail, internet and Dos, Windows, and Unix O/S.
Experience
Lived, worked and studied in St. Petersburg for a total of two years
between 1991-1994.
Teaching English.
Exporting arts and crafts to Canada for foreign buyers.
Self-employed tourist guide for foreign visitors to Russia.
Hard earned experienced with Russian bureaucratic procedures and laws:
obtaining
visas, joint venture permits, banking procedures, communications facilities.
