6.1  At PetroFac, Inc.: 

     I am responsible for preparation of technical and business
     documentation related to the sales of hydrocarbon processing
     equipment to clients in Russia.  Took part in preparation of
     technical proposals, job manuals, equipment specifications,
     etc.  Assisted in technical and commercial negotiations with
     buyers from Russia, demonstrated the production facilities and
     manufactured equipment, promoted company products, rendered
     other customer assistance.  Two big jobs of turn-key supply of
     refineries to Russia has been negotiated, successfully
     completed and paid for with my active participation and
     contribution.

6.2  Successful research work related to chemistry and chemical
     technology with other employers.
