Hello. My name is Joshua Ammon Davis. I was born on November 26, 1977 in Knoxville, TN. I have five older brothers, one older sister, and one younger sister. Adam, age 21, and Bonny, age 18, are biologicaly related. Nephi, age 31, Michael, age 31, and Ellen, age 25 were adopted. Layr, age 30, and Grady, age 27 are step-brothers resulting from the remarriage of my father Frank W. Davis, Jr., to Dolly Davis (formerly Hough) in 1995; four years after the death of my biological mother Marley on July 22nd, 1991.
I attended Cedar Bluff Primary, Intermediate , and Middle Schools until 1992, when I began attending Farragut High School. I graduated with honors from Farragut in 1996, and then began attending the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I am a sophomore at UTK now, and I am enrolled in the Language and World Business program here. My language of study is Russian, with a minor in World Business.
I am currently working with Greg Cole and Friends and Partners under TNS. Also called Network Services, TNS handles all of the Internet Networking for the University, as well as a large portion of the state of Tennessee.
Some of my hobbies include: reading, movie-watching, music-listening, cooking, language-learning, drawing, writing, weight-lifting, spending time with my awesome and beautiful fiance' Teresa Lichtenberg, and webpage design. My favorite type of music is New Wave 80's music. Some of my favorite bands are: The Cure, Depeche Mode, Erasure, U2, OMD, New Order, The Smiths, Morrissey, the Police, and Oingo Boingo. However, I also enjoy blues, jazz, techno, classical, new-age, rap (except Gangsta-rap), and most anything else that sounds good.
