If we are to live together in peace, we must first come to know each other better. - Lyndon B. Johnson

The intent of the "Friends and Partners Funding Opportunities Database " is to provide a complete searchable/browsable resource on all Internet accessible funding resources dealing with the Newly Independent States and with US (or the "West") exchange and cooperation with the NIS. It is an ambitious effort and one we hope will assist in locating useful resources on the rapidly growing Internet.

Please note that we welcome your links and input into this distributed database. You will find options below that allow you to contribute your own records to the database. The records will be password protected so that you can maintain the accuracy of your information. If you wish to become a primary contributor to the system, please write us so that we can help you make best use of the database and its various options.

The following lists the available searching, browsing and entry options on the catalog now.
