Lipetsk: City and Region

Lipetsk region is situated in the centre of the European part of Russia at the crossing of the main highways. Lipetsk region is spread over an area of 24,1 thousand square kilometres. It extends for 200 kilometres from the North to the South and 150 kilometres from the East to the West. Lipetsk, an administrative centre of the region, is situated 400 kilometres to the south of Moscow
