We may live without friends; we may live without books; But civilized man cannot live without cooks. - Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton

This page attempts to list resources that cover, not just one area of culture, but a wide variety of interests on their WWW sites. These resources reflect globally, not just Russian/NIS culture.

Project Harmony

Make sure to visit the Project Harmony web site. This is one of the best organizations involved in US, Russian exchange - and they've been at it for a long time (since the days when US and Russian exchange was limited mainly to music and performing arts). Colleen Halley does a super job with their site (and with the Internet School Linkages Program).
