  • CENASIA Discussion List *

    Operating out of McGill University, this highly recommended mailing list is for news, discussions, and announcements about Central Asia. Considered the best moderated forum for Tajikistan studies, Westerners make up the majority participants. Archives of this list can also be found at

  • CentralAsia-L - The Announcement List for Central Asian Studies *

    Run by the Harvard Forum for Central Asian Studies this list only distributes submitted announcements relative to Central Asian studies including events, programs, opportunities, publications, and similar matters. This list primarily covers Uzbekistan, Kazakstan, Kirghizstan, Tajikistan, and Turkmenistan. An archive is also available at this site.
