April:

• Radio Ezernet introduction in Sergiev Posad (the participants: city administration, the Department on education, "The Foundation for Social Programs" (FSP), "Impulse", "E-Initiative" Foundation);
• the beginning of joint work with a regional newspaper "Vpered" on accommodation of the current news at www.sergievposad.org site.

• starting of financing under the project "Radio Ezernet in Sergiev Posad";
• speed of access to provider from our server for the users has been increased to the point 128 Kb/s.

 

• reception of the first consignment of Radio Ezernet equipment from London, acquaintance with its principles of operation;
• lightning stroke hit the network and that led to death of 30% of FSP's computer equipment;
• restoration and replacement of the suffered (from the lightning stroke) equipment.
