1. After ending of financing from "Friends and Partners" Foundation the full scale activity in the frameworks of "Samara Civic Network" project was continued at the expenses of Samara State Technical University and Historical and Ethnographical Center "Povolzhje".
2. In February, 2001 there was signed an agreement about fusion of SCN project to new project of HEC "Povolzhje" –"The support of NGOs of social sphere" in a framework of program " Strengthening and Development of NGOs" financing by IREX .
3. According to αςν rules there was done a correction of SCN using policy. According those rules government organizations, religious organizations, political parties, trade unions, private persons can't get free service. It was suggested to them to get paid privileged access to Internet threw SCN. Only registered NGOs could get free access to Internet with the help of SCN
4. In the frames of new using policy of SCN we implement a temporary limit of Internet access (30 hours) threw SCN. We worked up a thesis about drawing (tender) of access time
5. This is a statistic data about dial up access to Internet threw SCN :

Total amount of access time is equal to 2412 hours 54,21 minutes for three months or about 804,18 hours per month.

The training of Samara region NGO leaders at courses "Computer's skill" and "Internet from zero" were continued.

• "Computer skill" – 14 persons, 5 cycles in 12 hours each, totally 60 hours
• "Internat from zero" – 12 persons, 4 cycles in 12 hours each, totally 48 hours

1. Such services were made in public access point in Internet-class of HECA "Povolzhje" :

• Using of computer technique – 95.5 hours;
• Printing of materials for users – 1065 copies;
• Internet access – about 200 hours:
• Sending and receiving of E-mail private messages – 53
