The mayor offers a greeting, and you can send him an e-mail--as well as lots of others, all their e-mail addresses are online. The idea is to attract new business and to support Bulgarian business-to-business linking and collaboration. Many of these pages are in Bulgarian, some are in French, and almost all are under construction.
