International Humanitarian Center "Rozrada" was founded under the aegis of UNO in 1994. The center started its activity with the UN Project "Psychological Support and Rehabilitation of the Family". "Rozrada" was awarded with the UN diploma for implementation of this project.Center "Rozrada" was founded by common efforts of Ukrainian psychologist Valentina Bondarovskaia, Ph.D. and American psychologist Janae Weinhold, Ph.D., Director of Family Center in Colorado Springs (USA). According to the UN Project, in 1994 the specialists of "Rozrada" underwent a basic training session on psycho - correctional work with families.

The idea of work of "Rozrada" is kindness, love and willing to help those who need the support and help. The aim of foundation and activity of "Rozrada" is to provide psychological help (individual psychological consultations, trainings, informational materials publishing etc) for families, women and children that need such help, and also for those who suffered from different kinds of violence; to support Ukrainian women in achieving gender equality and building partner family; to implement modern methods of psychological support during the period of transition to the market economy; to assist the scientific and cultural collaboration and development of the international relations.

The Humanitarian Support Program for families that suffered from Chernobyl disaster (100 American families help 100 Ukrainian families) is carried out under the aegis of "Rozrada" from the times of its foundation. "Rozrada" carries out it's activity on the local and regional levels and spreads the information in the regions.
