The programs listed here are recent announcements on exchange programs. Annual exchanges and exchange organizations are also available under the section: International Organizations: Education, Culture and Exchange Summer, Semester, or Academic Year Programs in St. Petersburg, Russia Classes are taught at St. Petersburg State Technical University by native Russian speakers, who also speak English language. Students are put in groups of 10 according to their knowledge of Russian language, therefore all students, from absolute beginners to almost fluent, benefit from attending the program.
