To convert abandoned buildings into profitable businesses, making this space a commercial center for Avondale.

Suggestions:

• Remove existing parking lot.
• Repave old lot with brick, connection of space with Munchies and the Park.
• Commercial uses should focus around park activities and social interaction.
• Introduction of community artwork in the form of murals.
• Seating provided to keep people in the space and draw them to it.
