Re: My presentation in Abu Dhabi

Dear Tapio,

Thanks for your e-mail.  It is very nice to hear from you!

Of course you are welcome to use my slide.

I like your presentation.  If it is okay with you, may I "borrow" a slide or two in the future?  I will mention your name also.

I have finished my PhD (I had my defense in the spring) and have started working.  I am a Postdoctoral Teaching Fellow at Liverpool Hope University.  I teach more general education, rather than international education, but so far it is going well (it is only the second week of classes!).

I team teach a course called The Global Citizen and Education, so your slides on citizenship may come in handy.

The position is for one year (in some cases two) so I hope to gain some good teaching experience and write some articles when I have the time.

Michael and Tak, I hope you are doing well.

Tapio, Michael, and Tak, I have started a blog based on my doctoral research:

doctorchungie.blogspot.com <http://doctorchungie.blogspot.com>

It is in the beginning stages, but I hope once I get into more of a routine at my new job, I will be able to add to it some more.

Please get in touch if you need anything, if you are interested in more collaboration, or if you would like to write some articles together.  If you need some writing or articles from me, just let me know!

Best wishes to all of you.

Jennifer
