(iii) The Black Sea Ring may also be linked with ultra broadband Internet along with the Silk Road, which we have been advocating along with the deployment of super-highway with US$18 billion from the Asian Development Bank;

A friend who's a director of a US$450 million foundation which is entirely focused on Bulgaria, has asked me to look at and for opportunities to benefit Bulgaria and its peoples.

I thought of you and your work over the years, and this email message is to quickly see what mode you're in these days with regard to Bulgaria and take your temperature as to whether you'd have anything to propose to such a foundation, and if so, to email me something to pique his interest or whet his appetite.
