Dear TAK,
I am attaching a Powerpoint presentation (12 pages) of my first draft of the
concept note for the attention of the Honorable Minister of Niger Delta
Affairs. I will complete the powerpoint tomorrow (about 20 pages when complete)
and then work on the full text format duirng the coming weekend.
