Tak and Tapio:

I fully endorse Tapio's message on the importance of vocational education. Tak, you probably know how deficient vocational education is in our country. But it may be even more important (and better appreciated) in developing countries. Anyway, I commend you for devoting energy to this matter.

While I am at it, I would like to tell you about my new book on personal responsibility (see http://blamegame.us). A news release and review are attached.

Sincerely and with my admireation for all that you both do,

Bill Klemm
