(3) I wish you a great success for your Ph.D. work under Sir Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of web, at Massachusetts Institute of Technology in Boston.

(4) Many thanks also for your msg (ATTACHMENT II
).

I would greatly appreciate it if you can kindly report Kevin Gilbertson of Tinyurl about my following troubles with his service;

(a) some of the tinyurl which I got before does not work,

(b) sometime, the same web page produces different tinyurls at different time of accessing it.

Namely, I was recently very shocked to find that its service is not reliable, though their service should be PERMANENTLY available, consistent and reliable.

Best, Tak

Thanks for a kind reply.

Today I contacted Tim Berners-Lee on his formation of the new World Wide Web Foundation.
I decided to ask him to let me write my Ph.D. thesis under his supervision at M.I.T., as he is involved in development of new semantic search engine technology, of special interest to me.

You are right, Semantic WWW Magazines and Semantic WWW Pages
provide some semi-relevant web-links.
This is exactly how Internet and search engines like Google and others work.
With improved Semantic Search Engines is a chance to get exactly what you want.
WHAT YOU WANT IS WHAT YOU GET (semantic search technology supported by me).

I would like to publish more Semantic WWW Magazines and Semantic WWW Pages (no limit set by Google yet) to let Tim Berners-Lee to see how it works.

If you have any suggestions, just please let me know.
My latest Semantic WWW Magazines
European Union, United States, Nobel Prize, Miss World, Think Tank.
More to come soon.

BTW. Good news for your 2T FiberAfrica Project.

Italian and Japanese team sets new world record for free-space optical transmission

September 16, 2008--A new world record for free-space, laser-based wireless optical transmission was achieved by a team from the Centre of Excellence for Information Engineering and Communication (CEIIC) of the Sant'Anna School of Advanced Studies (Pisa, Italy) in collaboration with the National Institute of Information and Communications Technology (NICT) and Waseda University in Japan: 1.28 Terabit/s (or 1280 Gigabit/s) in a free air link between two transceivers spaced 210 m apart.
